[SPT/CWIS] importing users

When I go to import users, I get the following error message:

SQL Statement: INSERT INTO APUserPrivileges (UserId, Privilege) VALUES ('5', )
SQL Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that 
corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use 
near ')' at line 1

CWIS seems to import the rest of the information, but doesn't import 
the privileges.

A related question.  Can I specify a custom privilege flag that I have 
created when I import users or for new users when they register?
