[SPT/CWIS] search engine error messages

What page (URL) are you trying to load when this error occurs?  SPT-- 
SavedSearch.php is only used from within other files, so it's hard to  
tell what the problem might be without knowing where it's being loaded  
from.

TempStorage should exist in the root directory of the CWIS installation.

If you're running the very latest version of PHP (5.2.5), it may be  
better to install CWIS 1.4.2, rather than 1.4.0.  Even though 1.4.2 is  
technically a beta release, it does include a number of changes that  
are intended to make it work better with some of the newer PHP  
configurations that are cropping up with PHP 5.2.x.
