[SPT/CWIS] Field name in scout

We need to translate some name of fields reserved to SPT, for example
Title, to get in the html pages the right name. I thought to change name
of fields in MetadaFields table  and in  Resources table, respecting
the  correlation between fields, but I encounter same problem.
Could anyone suggest me  the way to  change  securely  the name  fields?
