    There isn't an official list of what'll be in
    this release yet because we're still testing
    and we don't want to have to push the release
    date back at all, but I can say for sure that
    the new cataloging and controlled vocabulary
    assignment interfaces will be in 1.4.2, and it
    will also likely include the new definable
    per-field editing and viewing permission
    support that's frequently been requested.
