[SPT/CWIS] Can't Update/Edit Records

Hi,
We have draft portal in process; earlier had some permissions issues which
prevented us from creating/adding resource records.  That was solved.

We can now add records, but when we try to update records, it doesn't take.
We make the text edits to the field values, click on the "Update Record"
button, and screen flashes then reverts to unedited "Edit Resource" screen.

Any thoughts on this?  I thought it might again be permission, but we seem
to be square on that.
