[SPT/CWIS] OAI

Try a URL like this: 
http://imel.mel.org/mer/SPT--OAI.php?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc

OAI isn't really meant to be read by humans, so the interface is more 
than a little obscure.
