    The OAI Harvesting URL is what you provide
    to someone who wants to retrieve records from
    your site via OAI.  They will then enter it
    into whatever software they're using to harvest.

    (Going directly to the URL with a web browser
    produces an error message because the browser
    doesn't know how to make OAI-PMH requests.)
