[SPT/CWIS] New Resources not showing up

Hello SPT-CWIS list members,

 

I wonder if you could help me understand the New Resource feature.

 

How do I get a new (imported) record to show up under New Resource on the
front page? The "OK for Viewing" label is checked and all date fields
reflect the current day when I import. In this case the records do not show
up under New Resources.

 

If, after importing, I access the record and re-save, it will then show up
on the New Resources list. 

 

How do I get the very last records entered into the database to show up on
the New Resources list.
