    The Advanced Search results page should
    have a REST-style URL that encapsulates
    all of the information needed for the
    search, so you should be able to perform
    a search and use the resulting URL for
    a link you can click on in the same fashion
    as a saved search.

    (I think this was added in 1.4.0.)
