[SPT/CWIS] Saved Searches

We have just start using the SPT and I have one quick question. We are 
not interesting in having users create accounts, but we want to be able 
to make some saved searches available.  How can be go about sharing 
saved searches with anyone the views the database.  Thanks in advance is 
anyone can help.
