[SPT/CWIS] MySQL Upgrades

Not so long ago I was forced to do an upgrade to MySQL 5 by the hosting 
service where my CWIS is installed, and so far there hasn't been any 
problem reported. Everything is working smoothly but this is not 
science, just evidence.
