[SPT/CWIS] SPT--AddRecord.php has stopped working properly

I fixed the problem! /etc/php.ini specified a memory_limit = 8M for all
php scripts.
SPT--Recommender.php wanted to use more memory that this. Setting
memory_limit = 8 in php.ini and then rebooting apache, fixed the problem.
