[SPT/CWIS] SPT--AddRecord.php has stopped working properly

When I add or edit a record, everything works okay, except that instead 
of a message that everything worked okay, I get the file 
SPT--AddRecord.php , and it's a zero length file, which my browser wants 
to save to disk or load into the XEmacs editor.

When I go to delete a record, everything works perfectly with 
SPT--AddRecord.php, and I get a proper completion message on the screen.

Has anyone else had this problem?
