or if you want to keep in user space, then try in a console inside the
CWIS directory:
rm CWIS--Install.php
cat SPT--Install.php >> CWIS--Install.php
this might do it too, because you eliminated the symlink

If I move the installation as directed, will the URL I was using to
get to the CWIS--Install.php change from
http://192.168.1.119/~ml5003/CWIS--Install.php
to
