[SPT/CWIS] verboten

What is inside your Sites folder?

Are all the CWIS file/folders there?

If you can see the default html  page then you are accessing the
webserver fine. Remember you might have to edit /etc/httpd/httpd.conf to
include the php module and mysql (maybe you don't need this one), I
believe they are commented out by default. Also make sure that 

But if you see the html, even if php module is not active you should see
all the text files.

But the web server probably does not allow links to be followed.
