[SPT/CWIS] verboten

I don't think the problem is related to CWIS, there's something else 
going on...

do you see a web page if you put the .html file it in this directory:

/Users/m11503/sites 



and then try:

http://localhost/~m11503/nameofthefileyouputthere.html

if that works, then your personal webserver's running fine.  If you 
don't, then figure that out & you've probably fixed the CWIS thing too.
