[SPT/CWIS] problem with metadata tools

*I tried  many different configuration in the php.ini, but I can't solve 
this warning when I try to access at metadata tools or edit resource

file or directory in */var/www/html/SPT/MetadataTool/SPT--MDHome.php* on 
line *21*

*Fatal error*: main(): Failed opening required 'include/SPT--Common.php'

on line *21
 
I printed the dirname(_FILE_) and I got .
Is normal?
Any help is appreciated.
