[SPT/CWIS] CWIS 1.4.0 Install for Windows

    The only differences in the directory structures between
    SPT and CWIS should be that SPT includes the "SPTUI--Default"
    and "SPTUI--CleanOrange" user interface directories (and the
    files and subdirectories underneath, plus the corresponding
    soft links from the MetadataTool subdirectory) and CWIS
    includes the "SPTUI--CWIS" directory (also with corresponding
    subdirectories etc).  Other than that, they should be identical.
