[SPT/CWIS] Metadata Tool

Hi,
I recently downloaded SPT and when I go to the Metadata Tool, I get the 
following error message:

Warning: main(SPT--MDHome.html): failed to open stream: No such file or 
directory in 
/usr/local/smbshare/wwwroot/spt/include/SPT--StandardHtmlPageLoad.php on 
line 25

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'SPT--MDHome.html' for inclusion 
(include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in 
/usr/local/smbshare/wwwroot/spt/include/SPT--StandardHtmlPageLoad.php on 
line 25

Does anyone know how to fix this. The IT company that hosts the software for 
me doesn't know how to fix it and it's up to me to find out the problem, so 
I would really appreciate any help!
