That works well now - the release flag is now not editable without
permission.
 
BTW, the librarians here a Cap. are THRILLED with the new SPT
installation - you folks are doing stellar work, and we really
appreciate it!!

   Yikes...sorry about that -- I thought we had all references to the
   additions for the (upcoming) 1.4.1 release out of there, but
obviously
   some bits still lingered.

   A version with just the changes needed to work with 1.4.0 is
attached.
   The MD5 checksum for new file is
"553c7da110797468c4d5f522e23163b7".
