   In the next release of CWIS we'll likely add a system configuration
   variable that can be used to split the Metadata Tool interface across
   more pages to help with this, but the problem really has nothing
   to do with CWIS in particular -- that security patch will break any
   application that makes use of HTML forms beyond a certain size.
